Greg Robinson is currently President of Challenge Quest, LLC in Pryor, Oklahoma. Previous to coming to Challenge Quest, Greg spent 5 years with Williams in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a Managing Organization Development Consultant. He also was the coordinator of experiential training at John Brown University.
Greg has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from The Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also has a M.S. in Counseling from John Brown University.
Greg currently resides with his wife Jeannie, his daughter Keely and son Kobe in Pryor, Oklahoma.
Betsye Colvard has been managing the Administrative Services for Challenge Quest since July 2000. As well as facilitating groups, she manages the schedule, booking our clients as well as the Challenge Quest staff, sells equipment and services, teaches rope course certification and American Red Cross CPR classes, climbs trees, plays games and tries to keep things running smoothly.
Prior to her employment with Challenge Quest, Betsye was very involved in the Girl Scouting program where she was a facilitator for their SOAR Challenge Course, Day Camp Director, troop leader and chaired several events for hundreds of Girl Scouts in her community. She is an avid camper and enjoys outdoor activities of all kinds. She was also Director of Children's Ministries for the First United Methodist Church in Owasso.
Betsye lives in Tulsa, Ok. with her husband Dennis and two children Molly and Chelsea.
Mark Rose is a senior consultant with Challenge Quest, LLC and owner of MG Rose Enterprises, Inc. He works in a variety of areas for Challenge Quest including business development. Prior to working with Challenge Quest, Mark was the Program Manager for Executive Training ~ Team Quest with The University of Oklahoma. His main focus is equipping teams with skills and tools to become more effective. He received his B.A. in Public Relations and his Master’s of Human Relations degree from The University of Oklahoma.
Mark has worked as co-facilitator in a series of training videos, Trainer Games in Action: Volume One and Two. These two videos show how trainers can use games and activities as object lessons in a training room to help the learner with the retention of information. Both videos have received the 2003 American Society for Training and Development’s Award of Excellence. Another product Mark helped design and develop is a training tool called Expression Cards.
Ellen Ralph, principal of Meridian Resources, is a management consultant and trainer who helps organizations develop skilled and motivated leaders and high-engagement workforces. She offers a full range of assessments, tools and workshops that can be customized to meet a client’s unique requirements. Ellen’s consulting practice and workshops invite participation and joint discovery and are based on her belief that working with others in the service of common objectives can be a deeply rewarding experience.
Before founding Meridian, she held the position of Information Systems Director for MAPCO Gas Products, Inc., an operating subsidiary of MAPCO. In that capacity, she was responsible for all elements of technology management for the subsidiary, and directed a team of eleven professionals in strategic and operational planning, acquisition, development, implementation and support of information technology to carry forward the business objectives of the company.
Paul Morris started out in 1988 as a residential remodeling contractor. He began his career in the Christian camping industry in 1997 working at Camp Barnabas, a Christian summer camp for kids and adults with varying physical and developmental disabilities. Paul modified his construction skills and the love for the outdoors to include challenge course maintenance, facilitation and construction with specific emphasis on designing and adapting elements for accessibility.
Paul’s past experience includes: 22 years as Owner, Morris Construction; 3 years as Building Coordinator and 3 years as Camp Director for Camp Barnabas; 5 years in youth ministry with his wife as a volunteer and part time staff member. He has served as a cabinet officer, President-Elect and as President of the Ozark Section of the Christian Camp and Conference Association [CCCA]. He volunteers with Youth Specialties at their National Youth Worker’s Conventions and at several area summer camps as often as possible.
When not busy with CQ, Paul is a registered nurse working in the Burn Unit of St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, MO. He and his wife Kelley have three great kids: Blake, Meghan, and Caleb.
Chris King has almost two decades of leadership experience including 10 years leading at New Life Ranch in Oklahoma, 4 years leading programs at Camp Orchard Hill in Pennsylvania, Teaching at John Brown University and Lancaster Bible College, Youth Ministry at Liberty Church, and Adventure programming with Challenge Quest. He has a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from John Brown University. He enjoys his beautiful family which includes: Kristin, his wife of almost 17 years; and children: Maggie (13), Eli (10), and Drew (6). During his free time he enjoys mountain and road biking, running, and playing music.
